Sandra Luna has lived in the Bay Area her entire life, and lived in San Francisco, for 25 years. In June of 2015, Sandi bought a home (her second purchase), in the Gerstle Park neighborhood, of San Rafael. Marin Life suits her well. Having firsthand experience as a buyer and a seller, Sandi understands exactly what clients are going through. Her past work experience includes administrative, managerial and creative endeavors in industries such as law enforcement, nonprofit work, and mortgage environments.
This background and experience has easily translated and launched her into a real estate career in 2004. Real Estate is Sandi's calling. "Helping people find their new home, is a priceless experience. When you meet someone, and listen to who they are, what they like to do and the way they spend time their time off from work, it’s a wonderful challenge to find the perfect place. When I work with sellers, it’s marketing what they have held special, and advertising those qualities, to potential buyers.
Either way, it’s about listening and sharing an appreciation, for what’s important in a property. Both come easy for me and it doesn’t really feel like work." Going to bat for the client in a friendly, ethical and diplomatic way, is key to a good negotiation with the other side. In the last 14 years, Sandi has earned a reputation with agents Bay Area wide, who know she is professional, competent and fun to work with. Cooperative relationships make deals happen and knowing when to get tough, sometimes saves the deal. Whether you are a first time buyer or a very savvy investor, Sandi makes your transaction, her first priority. BRE# 01747658
Mary Jo's Customer Review (Reverse Mortgage)
As Director of Bus Dev with Home Instead Senior Care, Mary Jo is a trusted, valued resource who helps my clients to strategize how best to afford the elder care they require - which enables them to remain in their residence with personal care to keep them safe in their home.
